Subscriber FAQ

Find answers to commonly asked questions about subscribe and save powered by Ordergroove. Please note that while these are typical settings, each Ordergroove merchant can change them at their own discretion. Therefore, you may need to contact the merchant in some instances.

What is Subscribe to Save?

‘Subscribe to Save’’ is the most convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. With ‘Subscribe to Save’ the hassle of running out of your favorite products and needing to reorder more is completely eliminated. Instead, your products are shipped automatically based on your chosen frequency. This service is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online whenever you need.

How do I join?

Joining ‘Subscribe to Save’ is easy; most merchants allow you to enroll while browsing on a product page or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. To subscribe, simply select the ‘Subscribe to Save’ option for your desired product, select your preferred shipment frequency, and then check out as normal. If you don’t already have an account for that merchant, you should create one so that you can manage your subscription.

What will happen after I join?

After you join ‘Subscribe to Save’, the merchant will likely email you confirming your subscription. This email will likely include a link to access the subscriber portal in your account on the merchant’s site where you can manage the items you’re subscribed to, future orders, and account information.

Your future ‘Subscribe to Save’ orders will be placed automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed when these orders occur. You’ll get an email reminder several days before each ‘Subscribe to Save’ order. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your ‘Subscribe to Save’ account, including when an item you subscribe to is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.

How do I view my future deliveries?

You can view your future orders by logging into the merchant’s subscriber portal and visiting the ‘My Subscriptions’ area within the My Account section.

How do I make changes to my subscription?

Once you’ve enrolled in subscriptions, your orders can be updated and edited. You will be able to change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscription by visiting the ‘Subscribe to Save’ section in your account.

How do I change my order date?

To change your next order date, please login to the merchant’s subscriber portal. You should be able to then click the ‘[Change Date]’ button to the right of the next order date then select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire order. Your next order will follow the subscription frequency from the new order date.

How do I skip a delivery?

To skip a subscription order, login to the merchant’s subscriber portal and click the ‘[Skip Delivery]’ button to the right of the upcoming order date.

How do I change shipment frequency?

To modify the delivery frequency for a subscription item, please login to the merchant’s subscriber portal. To change the delivery frequency for an individual subscription item, you should be able to click the frequency dropdown next to the subscription item you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency from the dropdown menu.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel a subscription item, please login to the merchant’s subscriber portal and simply click the cancel subscription link to the right of the subscription details. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for canceling. Once you’ve selected a cancel reason and clicked the ‘[Cancel Subscription]’ button, your subscription should be canceled and no future orders will be placed. You should receive an email notification confirming this action.

Most merchants will take 24 hours for any cancellations to be processed.

How do I make changes to my account information?

To review or modify your Subscribe to Save account information, login to the merchant’s subscriber portal. You can change your shipping address for an individual order or at the subscription item level, which is the default option and will affect all future orders.

To change your shipping address for an order click the ‘[Edit]’ link located directly under the current shipping information. Select a previous shipping address from the dropdown menu or create a new one to add to your account. This address should apply to all subscriptions and future orders unless otherwise noted.

Please remember to press OK and verify that your updated information has been saved successfully. Most merchants will take up to 24 hours for modifications to be processed.
