Chelsea leads the People team at Ordergroove as the Interim Chief People Officer with a focus on recruiting, engaging, and developing Ordergroove’s highly talented team. For the past decade, she has served as the Chief People Officer in growth stage companies with a passion for aligning business and people strategy. She blends creativity and experience in her approach to Ordergroove‘s most critical asset – our team. Chelsea has built People team infrastructures to scale teams from 100 to 1500, elevating them to become ‘Best Place to Work’ environments, and developing culture and strategies to retain top talent – all with a focus on unit economics and profitable, scalable growth. Outside of work, she loves being a Mom to her two strong girls, taking in all the restaurants Austin has to offer with her husband, traveling whenever possible and cheering on the Zags.
