For three days this June, Chicago became home to the biggest congregation of digital marketing, commerce, and customer service pros in the world, as Salesforce Connections rolled into town. We joined the pilgrimage, bringing the team to Booth #49 to discuss all things Relationship Commerce.
Our very own founder and CEO Greg Alvo also hosted a panel at the event, featuring a free-wheeling discussion of the importance of Relationship Commerce in today’s retail economy with Jarid Lukin, KIND snacks VP of eCommerce; Katie Schmitz, bareMinerals Site Operations Manager; Andres Pena, Roche Healthcare GM for Direct to Consumer; and Hari Ranganathan, the Honest Company Director of eCommerce.
The panel explored how retailers define strategies for recurring business revenue, as well as utilize omni-channel subscriptions for customer acquisition and retention. Here’s Jarid Lukin describing KIND’s experience with Ordergroove:
It’s an exciting time for Relationship Commerce as more and more retailers across a host of industries are making room for recurring revenue models that better serve their customers’ wants and interests.
