Initially filed in 2018, the new US Patent describes a capability that makes it possible for consumers to enroll in subscriptions online or in retail stores and have the flexibility to pick up in-store, regardless of the fulfillment option selected at time of subscription enrollment.
With Ordergroove’s patented Subscribe Anywhere, Pickup Anywhere technology, consumers can have a greater level of control over their subscription orders. After enrolling in the subscription online or in-store, consumers have the option with each order to have it delivered to them or picked up in-store. This includes the ability to walk into a store at any time and pick up their next order, in which case the subsequent order date is automatically updated. Changes to pick up location can be easily managed through the subscriber’s online account or by opting in for email or SMS subscription management communications.
