Reports to: Director of Client Services
About this Position
Client Success Specialists play a critical role in the development, optimization and strategic direction of our clients’ Subscription Commerce programs. You will be tasked with helping the Client Services team meet and exceed the business objectives of our clients. We are looking for a unique client services professional – someone with strong work ethic, sense of urgency but knows how to have a good time.

Key Responsibilities
1. Interface with clients on a daily basis to provide program support and answers questions regarding project status or application inquiries
2. Training clients on the functionality and value of our RetentionEngine™ Platform
3. Serve as primary contact for clients’ customer support teams on customer service questions and best practices
4. Helping clients build and improve their Subscription Commerce strategies that meet and exceed their business objectives
5. Work with the Director of Client Services to develop a customized Client Success Plan tailored for each client
6. Work with key client teams to implement plan and ensure that clients stay on track in their execution of their success plans
7. Advise clients on best practices, strategies and tactics for improving conversion, retention and ROI for their Subscription Commerce program
8. Accountability for resolving client issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution
9. Ownership of special projects from start to completion, with little supervision and oversight
10. Support the client onboard process, including working directly with OrderGroove Implementation Team on executing new client launches and marketing tests
11. Travel: up to 10%

Job Requirements
- BS / BA degree required
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Access
- Knowledge of online marketing techniques and technologies
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with ninja-like multi-tasking skills
- Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality of work
- Strong work ethic and a positive ‘can-do’ outlook
- Self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
- Experience in web-based business or industry experience that includes e-commerce or other online business models
- Early-stage / startup experience – less than 100 people companywide is a plus
- Experience with account management/client services is a plus
